While new for 2020 in drum industry, Kingzbeatdrums are designed and manufactured by Tianjin Top Cool Musical Instruments. Utilizing the ultimate drum making technology, Top Cool, under the leadership of David Wang (Chinese for King) is focused on help drummers express their own voices.
In the winter of 2019, David developed a working relation with the US Stone Custom Drum Co. to develop a full line of the drums for young, passionate drummers and established professionals with his new brand, called “KINGZBEAT” for the global market.
The brand’s core design concepts are as the below:
• The inner ply shell material is select African and Asian Mahogany to provide fundamentally Solid and Warm low-end bass sound, with inner shell sealing and bearing wax enhanced for ease of tuning and enhanced sound projection. -Depending on the series, the outer plies are Maple, Birch or Poplar, providing a choice for the drummer’s different performance needs.
• All metal lugs and fittings have a small footprint on shells to minimally impact the drum- shell’s individual wood sound characteristics and projection for every performance.
• The FULL LINE of drums feature REMO® drum heads seated on contemporary half-round 45 degree drum-shell bearing edges.
• KINGZBEAT is the 1st company in China to co-develop a 100% USA CUSTOM DRUM SHELL inclusive of newly designed hardware fittings together as the “Z king Series” for sophisticated Chinese drummers to perform with their own voices on stage or studio.
